it has really good detail, though i agree its weird the girl is in her underwear...
the style is.. different :P good though, just dont go any... farther

u only got a 9 because i didnt think the flash jolteon went with the realistic thunder :P
and you probably wont find a pokemon faster than jolteon because when lvled to 100 he is the 6th fastedt pokemon in the game +the carbs = #1 lol if u dont believe me here

i just got my action repley but before that i had to do the same thing, but not for nosepass so it was easier
still i understood it immediately lol
btw if u use a shiny cheat watch out if u go on WFC - some people recognize the cheats and wont trade, ect.

I think i Know why, You know that Pokemon now have different versions for different genders,right? Imagine a Male Shiny ryhorn in a female body XD. I traded my Milotic for another Shiny Milotic (from a Japanese guy). and ended up being a female inside a male, I dont support sex change! >:(
